Where we ship
We currently ship within South Africa only.

Delivery cost
Standard delivery is R89. Orders of R650 or more qualify for free delivery — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Delivery time
Orders arrive within 8–11 business days, tracked. This is an estimate based on typical courier service times, not a guarantee, and can vary with your location, courier volumes, and public holidays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow it to your door.

Delays
If your order is taking longer than 11 business days, contact us and we'll look into it with our courier.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout — we're not able to redirect an order once it has shipped.
