Terms of Service — PadelRevive

Welcome to PadelRevive (padelrevive.co.za). By accessing this website or placing an
order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use
the site.

1. Who we are
PadelRevive sells tennis and padel ball and racket care accessories to customers in
South Africa, operated from padelrevive.co.za. You can reach us at
padelrevivesa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 071 787 2455.

2. Orders
Placing an order through padelrevive.co.za is an offer to buy, which we may accept
or decline — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we
made a pricing error. We'll let you know if we can't fulfil your order and refund
any payment already taken.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). We may change prices at any time,
but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Payment is processed securely through PayFast; we do not store your full card
details.

4. Products
We work to describe our products accurately, including material, colour, and
what's included, but we can't guarantee all information on the site is completely
error-free. Product images are for illustration; actual colour may vary slightly
depending on your screen.

5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped within South Africa only, in line with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our 30-Day Bounce-Back Guarantee, set out in full in our
Refund Policy.

7. Your use of this site
You agree to use padelrevive.co.za only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse the
site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false
information, or infringing anyone else's rights.

8. Intellectual property
The PadelRevive name, logo, and website content are our property or used with
permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability to you in connection
with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable
for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you
have that can't lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer
Protection Act.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be
posted on this page with its last-updated date.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
